Many boaters and their crews prefer visibility and openness of a galley-up layout in a fly bridge sedan and our response was to introduce this version of the Sabre 36 in 2004.
Here the galley is raised to the level of the salon where the cook can communicate with the helmsman at the lower helm station. In the space vacated by the lower galley there is a small stateroom buyers may choose between a single berth with desk or a pull-out double berth with storage under.
